Tomnah'a Autumn Feast
So it's all go in the Italba kitchen today prepping for the Tomnah'a Autumn Feast in the Cow Shed at Comrie Croft tomorrow. The passionate Tomnah'a team work hard all year round growing delicious seasonal vegetables. I've spent the last few weeks fermenting and pickling a variety for tomorrow's supper.

Here's a sneak preview of tomorrow's menu:
Tomnah'a pickled, fermented, raw and roasted vegetables, selection of dips, sourdough
Caramelised leek and aged parmesan risotto
Fordie roasted pheasant, glazed onion, savoy cabbage and pancetta, potato
or
Spiced buttnernut and bean stew
Tiramisu
