Spend the morning learning how to make fresh Pasta dishes with Nelson. The The day will will finish with a three course lunch around the Italba table.

 
 

You’ll make two types of fresh pasta using authentic Italian recipes. Nelson will also share his secrets to making the perfect tiramisu or panna cotta. We promise a fun and informal morning and numbers will be kept to a max 6-8 (depending on restrictions) so you will have the opportunity to get really involved and gain an understanding of how to prepare Italian food.
