Cured Salmon, crab mayonnaise, sourdough crostini

Seafood and samphire risotto

Slow roast Perthshire rump of lamb, ragout of leek and pancetta with pan-fried potato and chestnuts

 

Pheasant and duck terrine, prunes, toasted walnuts  

Line caught sea bass, carmelised shallots, cauliflowers, green lentils, with spiced Brussel sprouts  

Selection of cheeses, pear compote, home made oatcakes
